Hi, I'm Megan.

I'm Megan Nardi, founder and creator of Exploding Sunshine. I connect people to their hearts' embodied expression, because when you embody your truth instead of your conditioning, your whole life starts to reflect who you really are.

My journey began nomadic. Everything I owned packed into my sedan. At first I was running from myself; eventually I was running toward my own self-love. Saying yes to the opportunities I wasn't "ready" for, and finding they always worked out better than I could have imagined.

I kept saying yes regardless of fear, and each yes reaffirmed that life is worth living in full expression.

Movement has always been my language. Six years as a personal trainer, then ecstatic dance, contact improvisation and somatic practice. I was praying for healing and some ground under my feet, and my prayers were answered in the form of dance. Contact Beyond Contact found me and gave me back my confidence, my boundaries, and my trust in the world.

Today I primarily facilitate Contact Beyond Contact. It's a grounding, nervous-system-regulating practice that guides people into a deeper presence within their bodies. The deeper we ground, the higher we soar, and I'm here for the growth.
